Love this place! T-Shape is amazing. I have given up micro needling altogether! My neck has improved by 75% so far. Massages are great. Having laser treatment for carpal tunnel and an amazing chiropractor.

Staff was amazing !! Definitely enjoyed my mommy tuck! I’m wanting to lock in with the payments but financially I’m struggling. The gentleman at the front desk he was cool letting me pick any kind of music ! I’m planning to come back once I can figure out everything. I definitely ladies and everybody to go check them out !!

offer on IG. I don’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have to wait long, which is always a plus!

She explained everything in detail, the room very clean and welcoming. The treatment itself was very relaxing. I just did two treatments so far, I’m assuming after a few more visits I’ll see results!

Best care ever! I got a prenatal adjustment and it helped me so much, they truly care and listen to you. Super easy to book and so affordable. Highly recommend this small, cozy, welcoming, kid friendly environment!

I have gone to Dr Jenn and her staff for years. She is extremely interested in her patients and always wants to know how she can help. She helped me a tremendous amount without her help I wouldn’t walk as well as I do. I thank God for her help and I love her staff. They are extremely helpful.

I had my first visit at Southern Chiropractic for work on my neck waddle and it was great. The staff and Dr Jen were so friendly and caring. The experience was so relaxing and comfortable. Results were immediate and when I got home my husband noticed the difference. I can’t wait to see what more sessions will do.

I'm in my 70's with Spinal Degenerative Disc Disease. I stay active with Bike Riding, working out with weights 3 times a week, and doing a multitude of PT exercises learned from Orthopedics visits. While they all help for sure, I still had back pain on a daily basis. My wife convinced me to try a Chiropractor. We visited Dr. Jen at Southern Chiropractic PLLC to learn more about the service. I've since had 2 visits and now wished I had started this years ago.
Dr. Jen found my left leg was a little longer and first adjusted my hip through a series of alignments. She found my back and neck were very tight and performed many adjustments. She also used a Laser treatment to reduce inflammation in my lower back.
I haven't felt this good and pain free in a VERY long time. I'd highly recommend Dr. Jen!

This is the first chiropractor that I’ve ever been to. I have gone to orthopedic doctors in the past and have been through physical therapy for lower back/hip pain (sciatica/piriforomis syndrome), but after a few short weeks of laser therapy and adjustments, I can report consistent positive change in my pain level and range of motion. For me, the laser therapy targets nerve adhesion and aims to free the nerve from sticking to the muscle it’s laying against or running through, and adjustments help maintain posture, helps me to build core strength for balanced muscle function and muscular symmetry. This has been a good combination and Dr. Jen has been managing the schedule very nicely.
I want to recognize Dr. Marc and Dr. Jen for their exceptional professionalism and respectfulness. Their positive attitude and collaborative spirit make them an absolute pleasure to work with and they consistently go above and beyond to create a supportive and welcoming environment. Dr. Marc called me one day when he needed to update my card info and he explained everything clearly and was such a pleasure to talk with. Recently, Dr. Jen let me know when I had additional credits, and was very thoughtful in suggesting how they could be used. They are truly amazing people and it’s a blessing to have them in Clayton.

I’ve been with Dr. Jen for going on 10 years. She and the staff are the best. They listen, ask questions to understand, and treat the problem areas. Her massage therapists are great as well. If you are not feeling yourself, give them a visit, they will get you back to where you need to be. It’s amazing how quickly you can get yourself out of alignment, and they will take care of you.

Dr Jen, was so kind to see our son one day that he really needed some help with his neck. And she was so nice to him and explained everything to him and helped him feel so much better! Dr. Jen is very thorough and tailors your treatment to meet your needs, which can change each visit. Dr. Marc is very welcoming and helpful. This is the fourth chiropractor we’ve tried since moving to Garner in 2023, and we’ve finally found our chiropractic home!

I very rarely write review but you guys deserve one after my experience today! This was my first time there, had an odd neck pain called and spoke to Dr. Jen and to my surprise, she was able to get me right it! She worked her magic and after about 15-20 minutes the pain in my neck was virtually gone! This is going from not being able to turn my neck at all to having full motion once she was done. I really appreciate everything Dr. Jen and team! You guys rock!
